By scheduling a service, requesting a quote, or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.
- SERVICES & ESTIMATES
- Scope of Work: Arnold’s Auto Glass provides auto glass replacement, repair, and related windshield services. Specific services, scheduling, and cost estimates will be provided prior to starting work.
- Estimates vs. Final Costs: Quotes and estimates are based on initial vehicle information provided. If hidden damage, structural rust, or specialized recalibration needs are discovered upon physical inspection, additional fees may apply with your prior approval.
2. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES & VEHICLE ACCESS
- Vehicle Access: You agree to provide clear, timely access to the vehicle at the agreed-upon location and time (for shop or mobile services).
- Information Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle details (Year, Make, Model, VIN, and features like rain sensors or lane-assist cameras) to ensure correct parts ordering.
- Post-Service Care: You agree to follow all post-installation instructions provided by our technicians (e.g., safe drive-away times, retaining retention tape for specified durations, and avoiding high-pressure car washes for 48 hours). Failure to follow these guidelines may void warranties.
3. PAYMENT, INSURANCE, & FEES
- Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless direct billing to an insurance company has been pre-approved. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
- Insurance Claims: If you are filing an insurance claim, you authorize Arnold’s Auto Glass to contact your insurance carrier directly, verify coverage, and bill them on your behalf. You remain responsible for any deductibles, non-covered fees, or denied claims.
4. WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES
- Workmanship Warranty: We offer a limited warranty covering air/water leaks and manufacturing defects on replacement glass for as long as you own the vehicle.
- Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover new stone chips, cracks caused by fresh impact, pre-existing rust or corrosion damage to the vehicle frame, or damage resulting from failure to follow post-service care instructions.
5. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Pre-Existing Vehicle Damage: Arnold’s Auto Glass is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing rust, frame rot, modified vehicle components, or degraded body molding.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arnold’s Auto Glass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of vehicle use or rental fees) arising out of or in connection with our Services. Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific service rendered.
6. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Arnold’s Auto Glass from and against any claims, damages, or costs arising out of your breach of these Terms or misrepresentations regarding vehicle ownership or insurance coverage.
7. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Gadsden County, Florida.
8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
